A few words on the coming workshop
Learn how to become an independent yoga practitioner and adapt your practice to your available time, energy and needs.
Being self-sufficient when it comes to yoga practice is super valuable, we are then able to adapt it effectively to us as individuals in a way that is compatible with who and where we are at any moment in time.
Practicing solo, in silence, at home or any other location, is a fertile ground for some of the most profound moments of yoga experience.
To be able to do that we need to learn some practical tools and also develop ways to overcome difficulties, know how to accurately read our body and apply what we learn in a way that maximizes the time and effort we make.
This workshop will lay the foundation for all the above and provide us with a manual we can use at home. It is suitable for those taking their first steps practicing on their own as well as those who wish to deepen their existing self-practice.

Let's get together and enjoy some casual yoga fun!
A great opportunity to be part of a yoga community, taking part in these monthly evenings of film watching and stimulating discussion, or some light chat about yoga, life, and everything else.
The evening will start with a screening of a film that is relevant to yoga in some way, so get comfortable, make some hot tea and bring some snacks if you'd like.
After the screening there will be an option of staying longer and discussing topics that came up, or sharing anything you'd like to share.
From my own experience, these kinds of events bring a deep sense of fulfilment and connection, hope you can join!
