Breath Centered Yoga
Meditation Retreat Day
An introductory experience of an intensive silent meditation
Meditation Retreat Day
When: Sunday, March 23, 2025
Where: Sarasvati (Wilmersdorf)
Get a real taste of the full meditation experience
A meditation retreat usually runs 7-10 days long although one day can give us a real peek to the experience and make a big difference in our life.
We get a feel of what it's like to meditate intensively, spend a day in silence, face some difficulties and breakthroughs, become more at ease with simply observing our breath, body and mind.
Be in tune with your breath, body and mind
Through the meditative process one develops a deep state of calm even it the midst of the stormy nature of thought, emotions and sensations.
A clarity comes about that allows for an intimate connection to one's true nature. We gain insight into what it really is like to be who we are at our core, beyond our concepts of who we think we are.
Feel the benefits of doing a practice that goes deep
Meditating effectively with good guidance can provide an opportunity to let go of layers of patterns of tension and distress that operate underneath the surface of consciousness.
When we become lighter, carrying less of these layers, we feel at peace, we experience our life with wisdom, we live to our fullest potential.

Teacher
Oren
I have been a dedicated student and practitioner of yoga for almost two decades, teaching full time for more than 10 years. I have traveled all over the world to study and practice with some of the great yoga masters of our time and spent long stretches of time in India practicing intensively and deepening my understanding of yoga in all its facets.
Teaching yoga is not just a job for me, it comes from a passionate commitment to sharing the insights I discovered in my own practice and years of contemplation with the intention of being of service for those who wish to fulfill their full potential to live a good life (what is a good life..? That is to be discovered from practicing and studying yoga).
My style of teaching is gentle, kind and caring. My approach is non-dogmatic, open-minded, based on yoga being adapted to the individual’s needs and capacities and
not the other way around. I try to guide people in a process of self-inquiry in which they arrive at their own insights instead of being told how they should feel.
